Conventional ordering and payment systems in multi-vendor food courts are still largely manual and decentralized, resulting in long queues, order recording errors, and the absence of a real-time tiered notification mechanism to inform ea ch operational level about order status. This study aims to design a centralized digital system called Foodzie that integrates QR Code-based ordering, centralized digital payments via the Midtrans , and real-time tiered notifications for all operational actors. This study employed the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology using the Waterfall model and the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) approach. The system was developed using Node.js, Express.js, React.js, MySQL, Socket.IO, and Midtrans. System testing was conducted through Black Box Testing, consisting of 11 test scenarios, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 56 respondents, including university students acting as customers, vendor administrators, chefs, waiters, and owners. The findings indicate that all system features achieved a 100% success rate during Black Box Testing. The UAT results showed an average score of 85.12% for system functionality, 88.16% for usability, 93.68% for response speed (efficiency), and 86.43% for system reliability and acceptance, all of which fall within the "Excellent" category. The implementation of the Foodzie centralized digital system proved successful and feasible as an alternative digital solution for independent, efficient multi-vendor food court environments.
